Amila, thanks for sharing your experience with Hellmann! Maybe you could start by telling us, what your current position is and what responsibilities you have?
I am currently working as a Deputy Site Head. In this role, I am responsible for put-away operations, final inspection offerings, and VAS operations, ensuring that we provide the best service to our customers and create a positive and safe working environment for our team.
Sounds great! What fascinates you about your job?
For me, it's the challenges we have to overcome to meet our KPIs. Every day presents new challenges, and facing them with the team, and achieving our goals together, fascinates me a lot.
What has been your greatest professional success so far?
I am proud of every project that I have been involved in, whether to improve processes or add more value to our customer experience. I'm particularly proud of my team project in VAS operation, as it helped our organization minimize complaints from customers.
While talking about a team project - what do you like the most about your team?
The teamwork and the "can do" attitude.
And how do you experience the collaboration?
Collaboration always wins because by collaborating we can have the best ideas to plan the task and the best part is the enjoyment we can get while completing the task.
Teamwork is greatly appreciated. No one is left behind. Since the day I joined, the company has demonstrated its commitment to managing our work by giving us the freedom to think outside the box.
