Bilal, we are excited to get insight into your Hellmann story. Maybe you could start by telling us, what your current position is and what responsibilities you have?
I’ve been working as an Airfreight Operations and CS executive since July 2023. I am handling air import and export shipments to ensure that the shipments move in a timely and well-coordinated manner.
What excites you the most about your job and your job field?
Since a significant portion of what we handle falls under healthcare products, it brings me joy to know that despite being distant from my aspirations in the healthcare field, I am still able to contribute in some way to the healthcare industry. A portion of what we handle consists of lifesaving and critical equipment in the healthcare world, and I take pride in ensuring that what is needed is where it's needed.

What fascinates me about the logistics industry is that this industry plays a vital role in almost everything we see around us.

The work atmosphere is great. It's a highly comfortable environment where everyone is easily approachable regardless of their department or seniority level.
Working at Hellmann means working in a fun and positive environment where I have the opportunity to learn and implement new things. It just feels like being part of a family.

We are always there for each other, whether at work or outside of work, and have a high level of understanding with each other.
