I am currently working as an Assistant Manager IT at Hellmann Pakistan. In this position, I am responsible for day-to-day operations of IT in our respective location. My role involves overseeing the IT operations and infrastructure to ensure smooth functioning and support for the organization's business activities. I work closely with the IT team to manage and maintain the network, servers, and systems, ensuring they are secure, efficient, and up to date. One of my key responsibilities is to support the implementation and maintenance of IT systems and applications, including troubleshooting issues, managing upgrades, and ensuring compatibility with existing systems.

I chose a career in IT because I wanted to be part of an industry that is driving innovation and shaping the future. I enjoy the challenge of staying updated with the latest technologies and applying them to create solutions that make a difference. IT is a field where creativity meets technology, and that intersection is where I find my passion and drive.
And what excites you the most about your job and your job field?
What excites me the most is the pace of innovation and the constant evolution of technology. There is always something new to learn and to explore, whether it's a new programming language, a cutting-edge technology, or a better way to approach a problem.
How is your job at Hellmann intertwined with logistics?
My job at Hellmann as Assistant Manager IT is closely intertwined with logistics, as I am responsible for managing the IT infrastructure and systems that support the company's logistics operations. I work closely with the logistics team to understand their needs and requirements, and then develop and implement IT solutions that enhance efficiency.
Do you still remember your first day of working at Hellmann? What was your first impression of Hellmann?
My first impression of Hellmann was very positive. I was impressed by the company's professionalism and the welcoming atmosphere. Everyone I met was friendly and enthusiastic about their work, which made me feel excited to be part of the team.

We have systems administrators who manage the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems. Every individual comes from different backgrounds and skill sets, but we share a common passion for technology and a commitment to excellence.
