Cedric, thank you for sharing your insights with us! What has your career at Hellmann been like so far?
I started at Hellmann in 2020 and my current position is Warehouse Manager since December 2021. My career here has been a life changing experience for me. I developed a great network and a Family over the years and am proud to be a part of such a great organization.

Could you tell us more about what collaboration at Hellmann looks like?
Collaboration and teamwork are considered my lifeline, since Hellmann has a large footprint you can work globally and help colleagues in another country be successful.
Speaking of colleagues - what do you like the most about your team?
I love the trust and loyalty my team has for me. We’ve built a Family here in Houston.
So you can trust and depend on your team- that’s amazing! Do you have any good memories with them, that you could share with us?
I have some great memories but the best is banding together after our building was hit with a tornado and we worked diligently to keep it all together.

Hellmann is an important piece of my life. Being cared for, being understood, being the me I can be and that’s what’s needed in my career here at Hellmann.
