Christine, it's a pleasure to talk to you. Could you tell us about your current position at Hellmann and what your job entails?
I am the Country Head of Finance at Hellmann. I use my skills in financial planning, budgeting, and risk management to ensure the company's financial health. I analyze financial data to provide accurate forecasts and recommendations to support business decisions. This drives globalization strategies and helps achieve Hellmann's vision and mission.
And what interests and excites you most about this job?
I enjoy working in Hellmann's international environment and diverse culture. It's exciting to collaborate with team members from different backgrounds to formulate and execute the headquarters' financial strategies. I also appreciate the company's advanced systems and equipment, which allow me to work efficiently and confidently.

Our team is vibrant and excellent. It comprises financial professionals with over 10 years of experience and fresh graduates with about 2 years of experience. We emphasize collaboration and innovation, and we are happy to communicate and listen. We actively cooperate with each other to solve various financial challenges and problems. We maintain a rigorous attitude and the ability to accurately process financial information.
Sounds like you complement each other very well! What are their most outstanding qualities?
My team members are positive, optimistic, and proactive. They have a high spirit of learning and improvement. They keep learning new financial regulations to cope with the ever-changing market environment. They have a high degree of cohesion and motivation, and they actively participate in the company's various innovation and reform plans. They contribute to the company's long-term development and success.
You have been with Hellmann for over 23 years. What do you think makes Hellmann valuable and keeps you working here?
Hellmann has always kept up with the times and constantly explored and applied new technologies and methods to cope with the rapidly changing environment. In the past 23 years, I have witnessed the tremendous progress of Hellmann and also achieved my own personal growth. Hellmann has shown a strong willingness and determination to cooperate with customers, partners, employees, and sustainable development.
