From TV to Finance - Let Claudia tell you what she values the most about working at Hellmann:
Claudia, thank you for sharing your insights on what working at Hellmann can be like. Could you tell us something about your position and what you like about it?
I am currently working in the finance department as a collection assistant. What excites me the most about my job is the contact with people and providing timely solutions to the problems that arise every day.
And you originally started off in the TV industry, right? What made you become interested in logistics?
My interest for logistics was born when I met my logistics professor who taught me the discipline of achieving good coordination. It fascinated me to be in contact with the different parts of the chain.
It is great, that you found a new passion with logistics. When you first joined Hellmann as an intern in 2011, what was your first impression?
That this was a company with a great atmosphere. It perfectly held up. From then on, my career has been one of constant learning.

Hellmann is a friendly company with good benefits and flexibility. I also really value the leaders here.
That’s wonderful to hear! In your opinion: What makes Hellmann as an employer so special?
It is a company that is constantly evolving and adapting to the needs of the market.
And what is teamwork at Hellmann like? Could you share something about the experiences you’ve had with your team?
We are a united team. With differences like everyone else, but with the ability to discuss those differences. For finances, the summertime is quite stressful, but as we are a strong group, we cope well with the stress. We also share some great memories, like when we went on trip together to El Indigo Ranch.
Sounds like you have a really cool-headed team! But what do you do, when you get that typical Monday feeling? Why do you get over it quickly at Hellmann?
Because despite the pressure we keep the good energy and the good mood.
If you had to sum it up: What does working at Hellmann mean to you?
Working at Hellmann has allowed me to meet great people, who over the years have become friends and even family. Some of them have accompanied me in sad moments, as well as in the most important moment of my life, the arrival of my daughter. I thank all those who have been part of my story here at Hellmann.
