Claudia, thank you for telling us more about your experiences at Hellmann! How long have you been with Hellmann and can you give us some insights into your position?
I have been at Hellmann since 29th January 2005. I'm Seafreight Import Customer Service Team Leader, since August 2023 I assist CSV team in the coordination, make some reports to my supervisor and also assist her with CSV details.
Sounds interesting! What excites you the most about your field?
The customer service and the relationship between the different areas related to a shipment.
CSV is the main contact to coordinate importation, so we are a key area for logistics.

That is an important role to be in! Are there moments in your career that you are particularly proud of?
I consider I have achieved some objectives while being part of sales such as winning new clients and also other achievements such as becoming CSV team leader. The little successes end in bigger ones.

We are very close, trust each other and are used to sharing different issues daily so as to give support.
It’s so important to have a supportive team by your side! Have you noticed any developments within your team?
I realized my colleague improved his relations with customers and also his relationship in other areas. He seems more self-confident now.
Sounds like you can be really proud of your colleague’s growth! What are some favorite moments you have had with your team?
All the after office events and the new year´s party.

Because it is a FAMILY. It is very calm and easy going. Hellmann also gives opportunities to develop in different topics like Power BI, Excel, etc.
