Thank you for telling us about your experiences, Jaqueline! As Accounting Manager at Hellmann, what does your work look like?
I am responsible for managing, supervising, monitoring, and evaluating the entire Accounting Department, carrying out controllership activities, providing process improvements, preparing reports for Head Office, preparing budgets, and following up on audits (internal and external).
What fascinates you the most about your field of Accounting?
Accounting is the financial center of the company, through that we understand the "health" of the company. We are responsible for consolidating all the departments in a single place / statement, and I love that. My interest in accounting arose after I attended a lecture on professions at a CIEE - Centro e Integração Empresa-Escola that sparked my interest in this more complete view of financial organization.
That’s inspiring! And then after some time, you joined Hellmann. Do you still remember the first impression you had of Hellmann?
That I would have a great chance to learn a lot. It was 100% true.

Hellmann provides me with knowledge and professional growth. Hellmann motivates its staff to be involved in the company's values and objectives. When you know your values and goals, it's easier to get where you want to go.
What do you value the most about it?
The vision of not losing touch with the customer. In such a digital age, having contact with the customer is undoubtedly a great differentiator.
What does being part of Hellmann mean to you?
To be part of a company with over 100 years of tradition in the logistics market. A company that is currently investing heavily in the development of its professionals and has excellent plans for great growth. It's a global company, which gives me contact with people from all over the world.
