Jerome, it is great that you are open to sharing your story. Maybe you could start by telling us, what your current position is and what responsibilities you have?
I am currently working as Branch Manager. In this role, I ensure the agency's proper development, ensuring that results meet expectations, teams are motivated and well-regarded. Additionally, I participate in commercial activities, ensure adherence to quality commitments, and, most importantly, ensure customer satisfaction.
And you have been with Hellmann since September 2021, right? What was your first impression of Hellmann when you joined us back then?
The international dimension of Hellmann is the first image that stands out. There are no limits. The Hellmann network is a considerable strength.
And what fascinates you about the logistics industry?
It's a field that requires constant adaptation and avoids complacency. Logistics reflects our way of life and relies on digitalization for transformation, modernization, and addressing major environmental challenges. Contributing to this transition is genuinely satisfying.
Now, what has been the best moment at Hellmann so far?
The 3rd-anniversary celebration of Hellmann France was a real success. The concept of "Family" had true meaning that night. Unified teams, caring for each other, in a festive spirit. Thanks to everyone who contributed to the organization.
That sounds amazing! From your perspective, why do you consider Hellmann a great place to be?
It would be presumptuous to say that Hellmann is the best employer, but the values shared by this family-owned company are remarkable. We have a very good working atmosphere and a team of dynamic, ambitious, serious, and cheerful people. It's a privilege for me to have such a committed and professional team.
The human dimension cannot be minimized in our profession. Communication is one of the keys to success. As a major player in global logistics, collaboration between teams, services, worldwide, is a key success factor.
Jerome, so how would you summarize, what working at Hellmann means to you?
I consider it a chance to be part of a group of this scale with values that resonate with me, a source of pride, but above all, an exciting challenge every day.
