Kasia has found her right place to be at Hellmann. Do you want to know what she likes so much about working at Hellmann? Then read through Kasia's story:
Kasia, it is great that you are open to sharing your story. Maybe you could start by telling us, what your current position is and what responsibilities you have?
I am currently working as a rail transport specialist. In this position, I am preparing rail offers for customers, conducting market research and searching for the best solutions for our clients. Additionally, I coordinate the movement of goods via rail, participate in various projects related to rail transport, and focus on building and maintaining relationships with customers, along with all other forwarder activities.
And you have been with Hellmann since April 2017, right? What was your first impression of Hellmann when you joined us?
The first impression was quite amazing. Seeing the smiles on the employees' faces and feeling the positive energy convinced me that this was precisely the place I had been seeking.
That sounds great! And what would you say, what excites you most about your job?
The best part of my job is the opportunity to constantly learn and grow. I am exposed to new challenges regularly, which helps me develop both professionally and personally. What excites me the most in my job is seeing the direct results of my efforts, which is incredibly rewarding. Witnessing the positive impact of my work on customers is fulfilling.
What was your best moment at Hellmann so far?
One of the best moments I had at Hellmann was when my director suggested combining a hobby with the project for the 150th Hellmann Anniversary, which involved recording a song about our work at Hellmann. It was an honor to be a part of that project.
That sounds amazing and like a fun project! From your perspective, why do you consider Hellmann a great place to be?
Hellmann is the best employer for me because our company supports and cares about its employees while also challenging us to grow with the company. Employees and managers respect and trust each other and share a commitment to both individual and company success. As a result, employees are satisfied and willing to stay at the company long term.
What I value most about Hellmann as an employer are the career growth opportunities, appreciation and recognition, strong leadership, work-life balance, and many other aspects. I feel here appreciated, respected and most importantly I am surrounded by wonderful people.
