Krisnanda, it is great that you are open to sharing your story. Maybe you could start by telling us, what your current position is and what responsibilities you have?

I am currently working as the APAC Business Process Management Trainer at Hellmann, a role I have held since January 2023. My primary responsibilities include delivering training for the CargoWise implementation across the APAC region and addressing country-specific requests and issues. This involves collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth operations and effective knowledge transfer within the region.

So you have been with Hellmann since January 2023, right? What did you career path look like so far?

I went to Japan for my University and did my internship. Then I went back to Indonesia for my first Full Time Job in Kuehne Nagel Indonesia as a Management Trainee and spent almost 4 years in the company as a Super User. Then in January 2023, I joined Hellmann as a APAC BPM Trainer.

That sounds very exciting! And what would you say, what do you like most about your job and the logistics industry?

Logistic was never in my mind when people ask me where I would like to work during my university 😊 But now I am glad that I was introduced to it. I enjoy working in the Logistics industry because it is currently one of the most growing industries with the integration of technology and I am glad that Hellmann is aware of how important it is to keep up with the technology.

That sounds amazing! What has been your best moment at Hellmann so far?

Career wise the best moment was being able to deliver a smooth Go Live for South Korea, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Australia in the Cargowise Transition. But being able to be friends with the people from all around the world and having supportive colleagues by your side makes everyday a "best moment"!

Speaking of your colleagues, from your perspective, why do you consider Hellmann a great place to be?

What makes Hellmann special as an employer is that despite being a growing company with many new initiatives and projects, they also take care of their employees very well. As a Family Business, Hellmann treats all employees as a family and focuses not only to the business growth, but also to their employees growth.

Having a multicultural team from many different countries means that you can make friends from around the world.

Jordan, so how would you summarize, what working at Hellmann means to you?

Working at Hellmann means being able to work and make friends internationally. Currently, none of my team are from the same country, however I feel close with them and we collaborate well. Hellmann is also aware on how important technology should be integrated in logistic industries, thus I believe we will always grow for the better, together 😊
