Loyal, it’s awesome that you are willing to share your story. Would you like to tell us, what’s your current position at Hellmann and what your job looks like?
I am a customer service team leader. Being part the customer service team with a strong customer centric approach as our core value, my role is to handle key accounts. Managing customers day to day requirements, providing solutions by ensuring high service levels is my core responsibility. Being part of our customer service team means that you are deeply involved with all aspects of logistics, including operational, customs, and even value-added services for our clients.
And what fascinates you about your job?
The field of logistics is a demanding one, with new challenges to overcome every day. Even though it can be stressful at times, you pick up new skills every day.
You’ve been with Hellmann since June 2018. What has been your greatest professional success so far?
In my opinion, there are two significant moments: the first was receiving an award for being the most customer-centric person, and the second was being promoted to team leader.
Do you still remember your first day? What was your first impression of Hellmann?
Well, my initial impression of Hellmann was one of warmth. I was greeted by some incredible coworkers who I can now call my closest friends. From day one, there has never been a change in the warmth, camaraderie, and relationship we have on a personal and professional level.
Sounds like a great sense of collaboration and atmosphere! Your team consists of 17 members. What do you like the most about your team?
I appreciate the camaraderie within my team - collaboration flows effortlessly, and everyone's unique strengths contribute to our collective success. The positive and supportive atmosphere fosters a motivating environment where we can achieve our goals together.

It sounds like you really like working at Hellmann but cross your heart - what about Mondays? Don’t you know that typical Monday feeling? Do you get over it quickly?
Who doesn’t experience the Monday blues? However, the typical Monday feeling transforms into enthusiasm as the team's positive energy and exciting projects quickly lift my spirits. We do have our coffee moments where we share stories about our weekends with family and friends and just living in the moment.
