From job interviews to social media: Martina talks about her work as a working student
Hi Martina, thank you so much for sharing your insights with us! Tell us, how was your first day at Hellmann?
On my first day of work, I was given a very warm welcome. My colleagues in the recruiting team had already prepared my workplace for me and I was shown all the software programs. Even future tasks have already been roughly explained to me. A lot of time was taken for me and I was able to get to know all the team members.
How would you describe the team?
My colleagues are very warm and helpful. I was immediately welcomed nicely and everyone takes a lot of time to for my questions. Despite Hellmann's size, it's really familiar. And the tasks in our team are very varied. It's really fun.
You mentioned your tasks. What exactly do you do as a working student?
In recruiting, I support the planning of job interviews and coordinate appointments with the recruiters, managers and applicants. In HR marketing, I create content for social media. But I also support projects. I particularly remember a video shoot that I was responsible for myself.
