Hi Mate, it's great that you want to share your story! Since when are you with Hellmann?
I joined Hellmann in October of 2021 and I am the airfreight operations team leader since October of 2023.
What are you doing as Airfreight Operations Team Leader? Please give us some insights.
I am still actively part of the daily operations, however I also put more effort to see how we could be more efficient and trying to ensure that everything goes smoothly.
And how would you describe the team you lead?
Super energetic, fun and professional are the three words that would perfectly describe my team. As part of the Airfreight Operations team, we are the base part of the logistics procedures.
What excites you the most about your job and your job field?
That there are always new things to learn, so it never gets boring. There is never a week where we would not see something new.
What do you value the most about Hellmann as an employer?
How they are giving everybody the opportunity and the support needed if they are willing to put effort in. It really makes you grow as a person, professionally as well as personally. A challenging and always interesting environment.
What does working at Hellmann mean to you?
That I can be in contact with people around the world and Hellmann also allows me to grow as an individual and if I have any concerns I know that there is always somebody I can turn to for help due to their expertise.
