Omega, great that you would like to share your story. Would you tell us, what’s your current position at Hellmann and what your job looks like?
I have been working as Assistant Manager in the Automotive division since 2023. My current responsibilities include supervising daily operations, managing conformity registration, pricing, monitoring KPIs, implementing projects, and creating and streamlining processes.
Sounds like an interesting job! What fascinates you about your job?
I am fascinated by the challenges and complex situations involved in various shipments and their requirements. Successfully moving a shipment from one point to another brings me utmost satisfaction. My interest has always been in resolving issues, which led me to pursue a Masters in Logistics and Shipping. The dynamic nature of the industry offers opportunities to make impactful improvements in existing processes and to introduce new projects that can drive positive change.
What has your career at Hellmann been like so far?
I would say learning & progressing. I am very proud of my transition from an intern to my current role.

Personally, each day is a mixture of emotions - happiness, challenges, problem-solving, and more. The entire journey thus far has been very positive, marked by continuous learning. It's a privilege to be part of the Hellmann Family, characterized by a strong DNA and a shared mindset of doing everything for the better, together!
