I am grateful for the experience I have gained at Hellmann. It's a dynamic environment with great flexibility, and high concentration. My career at Hellmann has taught me transferable skills such as forecasting, time management, workflow optimization, communication, as well as interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Since September 2018, I’m leading Industrial Projects for the West region. My duties include overseeing day-to-day operations, logistics projects in the local sector, nomination business growth with budgeted EBIT contribution of business. I am leading dedicated teams to run successful business operations and have experience in developing procedures and service standards for business excellence. Additionally, I possess expertise in handling all business development activities, analyzing market trends, and establishing healthy and enduring business relations with clients, thereby ensuring a higher market share.

I particularly enjoy the immense stability of jobs in the logistics industry. I have had the great opportunity to learn from savvy and experienced individuals. Personally, one of my biggest rewards is assisting my teammates in excelling in their assignments by sharing my experiences. I have learned to trust in my teammates to get the job done, as logistics is not a one-person task. Last but not least, I find great satisfaction when I see that my efforts result in happy customers receiving their goods as expected. It's even more rewarding when consistently delivering exceptional service contributes to increasing our company's market share.

My greatest achievement or success is gaining the trust and loyalty of customers. Capturing the market doesn’t happen overnight; it is the result of many trials and errors backed by efforts over a prolonged period that determine your place in the market. However, it is not enough just to acquire customers; you must also retain them. Services must not only instill confidence in a customer but also encourage their return for subsequent engagements. I can proudly say that long-term success is determined by capturing the market through building a strong relationship with customers.

I had a fantastic first day at work. I made many new connections and learned a lot. In short, it was a successful and productive day. Even after five years, I still feel valued at work, which correlates with better physical and mental health, as well as higher levels of engagement, satisfaction, and motivation. All these factors contribute to a healthy and productive relationship between the company and its employees.
