I am a Brokerage Implementation Executive. In this role I set the customer clearance handling for each customer.
What fascinates you about your job?
I am happy when I assist customers, solve their problems, and ultimately witness their satisfaction with our service.
How is your team made up? What is the team composition?
My team consists of myself and the brokers at each port collaborating every day to achieve and satisfy our customers' needs.

We are like gears in a large machine, each one working in collaboration with the others to achieve the best outcomes and results.

My first day was like a new and exciting journey. I felt at home and comfortable.
