Saret, it is great that you are open to sharing your story. Maybe you could start by telling us, what your current position is and what responsibilities you have?
My career has been a journey of continual learning and development, focused on providing excellent service and meeting customer requirements. I’ve gained experience in understanding the needs of consignees, managing timelines, data entry, and meeting KPIs. Each new assignment has allowed me to build practical skills, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions for all parties involved.
And you have been with Hellmann since January 2019, right? How did you end up with Hellmann?
Before joining Hellmann, I worked with another company where I gained relevant experience. However, Hellmann introduced me to a comprehensive range of new responsibilities, requiring me to learn processes from A to Z. I have committed myself to understanding each process flow, applying practical knowledge, and achieving real results.
And what would you say, what has your career at Hellmann been like since then?
It has been an exciting and fulfilling journey. I have been Seafreight Operation Supervisor since 2021. In addition to managing shipments, I lead my team to meet performance KPIs, train new staff on updated tools, and ensure team performance aligns with company standards.
Impressive, that you dared to take the step into a completely new job field! Now, what excites you most about your job?
Communicating with people from different backgrounds, dealing with variety of clients, learning about various places, and constantly growing my knowledge through new challenges.

Yes! Hellmann is more than just a company; it feels like a family. This sense of unity and support is one of the highlights of working here.
Saret, so how would you summarize, what working at Hellmann means to you?
I am fascinated by the global trade network, the demand for various commodities, and the processes behind supplying products to different locations. This career aligns well with my academic background, and after finishing university, I felt confident that this role was a good fit for my skills and goals. Hellmann offers comprehensive supply chain management and solutions for customers, which closely aligns with logistics and involves many similar principles and practices.
