After graduating with a degree in Computer Science, I embarked on my career in the information technology sector at a multinational freight forwarder where I gained valuable experience for 2 months. However, my interest was piqued by the logistics industry, prompting me to delve deeper into operations to satisfy my curiosity. My journey began in Airfreight operations and eventually led me to a role in account management.

I joined Hellmann as the Head of Customer Service in 2021 and was subsequently promoted to the position of Head of Sales and Key Accounts in October of the same year. In early 2024, I was further promoted to the role of Sales and Key Accounts Director.

My experience at Hellmann thus far has been highly promising, and I appreciate the positive and supportive working environment that fosters a sense of family.

Do my best to providing professional coaching to the Sales & Key Accounts team, to establish the most formidable team in the market. My goal is to cultivate strong secondary leaders within each department through the proper dissemination of knowledge, gradually building upon their expertise. With this approach, we aim to solidify our presence in the Egyptian market with a reputable image and facilitate the expansion of our business. It is imperative that we consistently strive to surpass customer expectations, while fostering trust with our team, customers, and service providers.
