Sumin, thank you for sharing your experiences at Hellmann with us! Could you tell us more about your position and what your current job looks like?

Through various experiences in field, the perspective of logistics is becoming wide and have an insight to quickly understand the trend of logistics. I also can feel a sense of accomplishment in my work. The logistics industry has a variety of opportunities and possibilities, and growth in logistics companies will bring me to make great development.

That sounds quite challenging! Is there something about your job that you are particularly proud of?

There was the project handled special cargo such as bulk cargo, not dry container.
I could develop my competence on this since it was the task that required sensitive and accurate skills.

It’s so great that you feel excited about your projects! What is the atmosphere at Hellmann like?

I can collaborate with colleagues in a bright atmosphere.

And what about the people you work with - how would you describe your team?

We're the one. We share various perspectives and feedback to integrate into one, and we try to promote synergy with each other rather than individuals.

Being able to trust and lean on your team is very important. If you had to sum it up – What makes Hellmann the right place for you?

We respect each other and try to support with a warm attitude when someone in the team is struggling or looks tired. This teamwork makes us more focused on our daily work.
