I started working here in September 2014 and now I work as Regional Marketing and Sales Operations Specialist. I am responsible for Marketing activities in the West Europe Region, including Internal (HINT) and External (Social media, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) communication. Regarding Sales Operations, I am acting as Regional HISA Officer, train the newcomers how to use our Sales (CRM) system effectively. Supporting reporting activities to our commercial team/management.

My first impression was that I found a company who is really taking care of their employees, listen and support your ideas, giving you enough flexibility, have a good understanding and respectful with all employees.

Reliable and Caring, these are the first words coming into my mind. I can talk to my manager always openly, he appreciates my work and supports me when it's needed.

I work in a Hybrid way, mainly from home – but it's good to see my colleagues in the office once a week. It is good to see how they are preparing for a charity event, or promoting a yoga class after/before working hours.

Every day is different, with exciting challenges, overall its really positive, and motivating. Great to see that all people are equal to each other – you can have a friendly, respectful discussion with someone from our management, they are open to listen. That is really important.

I am part of the Regional Sales team – work closely with Country Sales and Marketing team as well as Sales operations team. That we can talk openly with each other, raising our hand if we need help, be together in crime and have fun as well.
