Do you want to know what the atmosphere and the team-work at Hellmann are like? Yejin will tell you:

Yejin Kim

Air Import Operator

Korea

Yejin, thank you for sharing your experiences at Hellmann with us! Could you tell us more about your position and what your current job looks like?

Working at a global company made me want to move to a larger company with a warehouse at Incheon Airport. I happened to see a job posting and decided to apply. Hellmann was a familiar name that I had heard of many times! I have been working at Hellmann for the past few months, and I am satisfied with my decision to join Hellmann.

That sounds quite challenging! Is there something about your job that you are particularly proud of?

1kg of Cheese! The importer was not a Korean company, but an individual who had come to Korea from Australia. As a foreigner, he needed to import food. I received cargo information too late from overseas agent. The exhibition had already begun, so we didn’t have much time. In the end, the delivery was completed on the morning of the demonstration. Weight is not important. To me, there is nothing more satisfying than all cargo arriving on time without damage.

It’s so great that you feel excited about your projects! What is the atmosphere at Hellmann like?

The atmosphere was calm. Everybody remained calm even though an incident occurred.

And what about the people you work with - how would you describe your team?

Communicative team. We have a weekly team lunch on Wednesdays. I'm glad we took the time to get to know each other.

Being able to trust and lean on your team is very important. If you had to sum it up – What makes Hellmann the right place for you?

Helmann is a dynamic company that keeps up with global trends and embraces change. The company continuously evolves by transforming its management style and implementing new systems.

Yejin’s application tips:
