How can your career at Hellmann develop? Zsombor will share his insights with you:
Zsombor, we are excited to get insight into your Hellmann story! What has your career at Hellmann been like so far?
I started as a trainee, and after six months I became a full-time operator. So now I’m a Seafreight Operator since January of 2023.
What are you doing as an operator? Please give some insights.
I am independently handling export and import shipments by sea, handling related correspondence in English and Hungarian and keeping in touch with customers, subcontractors and partner offices.
What fascinates you about your job and why did you choose the job? Where did your interest in the field arise from?
In one word- diversity. I don't like monotonous jobs and here I am happy to find that no two days are the same.
And do you remember the very beginning of your path? How was your first day and impression of working at Hellmann?
It was so chaotic, all the process and people were new to me. I was shocked but I liked it. Our team is made up of young people, so our knowledge and experience is roughly the same. They were flexible, motivating and supportive.
Sounds great. Supporting each other is an important factor. How would you describe your team?
I would describe my team like a second family, I can trust and rely on them.
Do you know that typical Monday feeling? How do you get over it at Hellmann?
It’s no matter what day today is, what only matter that we love to work here.
What does working at Hellmann mean to you?
that I can work, study and love what am I doing all at the same time.
