In your apprenticeship as a Freight-Forwarding and Logistics Services Assistant at Hellmann, you will organize the global shipping, handling and storage of goods. In addition, you will advise international customers, create appropriate offers and process the orders. Variety in training is guaranteed.

Your future tasks:

Depending on the location, you will get to know the modes of transport such as truck, train, ship, and airplane, as well as contract logistics
You will regularly change departments to get to know the areas of goods receipt and goods issue, quality management, scheduling, customer service, billing, customs, etc.
You will organize national and international transports and fully coordinate the tasks at warehouse locations in contract logistics
You will advise and support customers
You will calculate prices and create offers, contracts, and invoices
You will handle complaints

You have at least an intermediate school-leaving qualification (secondary school certificate). Students who have left college or university without a degree are also welcome.
Speaking English comes easily to you
