We are on the hunt for a Business Analyst, who not only brings a sharp analytical mindset but also comes equipped with hands-on expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
About the job
-
Implementation of and compliance with standards and guidelines for the Warehouse Management System (LFS AS400) and WMS related tools
-
Developing and testing EDI/REST API interfaces for customers using data integration platform such as Lobster_Data
-
Design and configuration of documents and labels using BarTender and Jasper
-
Creation and execution of live dashboards using Power BI and SQL Database
-
Requirement gathering by conducting IT workshops with customer. Understanding customer’s system and requirements in depth
-
Creation of user requirement specification document

Customer facing and project lead regarding interfaces and WMS implementation
-
Provide End User Training on the agreed upon processes in the WMS as a part of each project implementation and prepare end user training guideline documents

Upskill key users and operational warehouse team within IMEA countries

Professional management of IMEA WMS Key users

Change request management
-
Participation in and execution of WMS and EDI projects

Act systematically and define priorities to complete tasks according to a timeline and budget with milestones

Being able to foresee future challenges and proactively plan solutions

Identify improvement projects and be accountable for implementation.

Must be willing to travel within the region
About you
-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, Information Technology or Logistics
-
Candidates should be based in the UAE
-
Prior experience in API/EDI/customer integration is preferred ; Experience at a logistic firm, using a WMS is a must, preferably LFS AS400
-
Minimum 3 years of work experience

Excellent communication skills
