We are looking for a dedicated, energetic and experienced BDM to join our team on a full time basis located in our Taipei or Taichung office. Bring your flexible, Can-Do attitude to work every day and enjoy being part of an amazing team.

About the job

  • To obtain new customers and maintain existing customers as per the sales target
  • Always present yourself as an ambassador of Hellmann, ensuring that the companies standards, principles and reputation is always maintained to the highest level
  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base within target verticals and ensures its strong presence
  • Achieve growth and profitability targets in line with pre agreed annual targets
  • Grow pipeline by prospecting, identifying and evaluating new opportunities.
  • Gather market data and competitive intelligence through customer interaction, key opinion leaders, regulatory bodies and other sources
  • Remain current in market trends, technology, and best practices to ensure relevance when engaging with prospective customers
  • Develop strong relationships with key target customers across the decision-making matrix
  • Working with the operational and solutions team, develop operationally, commercially attractive solutions that exceed customer expectations
  • Confidently understand, present and explain engineered solutions in order to close the business
  • Take the lead in contract negotiations in order to achieve a mutually beneficial contractual term – highlight and escalate any risks either operationally or commercially to Country / Regional management

About You

  • 4 Years Experience in similar role within the industry
  • Amazing communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to details
  • Excellent negotiation skills
