About the job

Generate sales from new customers and achieve the sales plan in terms of Gross Margin and Volume

Acquire and retain customers to increase the client base

Ensure receivables management is under control and enhance cash flow

Manage and monitor sales leads

Focus on all products and maintain a list of qualified target accounts

Stay updated on market knowledge and competitor activities

Engage with client complaints and conduct regular customer feedback

Implement quality measures and ensure compliance

Conduct client visits and market combing, with a target of 60 calls per month

Transition clients to operations smoothly

Analyze clients on Gross Margin, Volume, and Profitability

Maintain the sales budget and MIS reports

Control collections as per the agreed contract

Collaborate with trade lanes and verticals to grow volumes holistically
About You

MBA/PGDBA
