As a Business Process Management Specialist Sea Freight, you will play a key role in optimizing operational processes within the Benelux region. You will collaborate closely with various teams to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure that all processes comply with relevant standards and regulations. In this role, you will report directly to the Country Head of Sea freight, with a functional matrix reporting line to the Head of BPM Europe. You will have the opportunity to transform challenges into solutions, inspire your colleagues, and successfully implement process improvements.

Process Improvement: You analyze existing processes and identify opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

Collaboration: You work closely with operational teams to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.

Implementing Standards: You ensure that process standards are correctly applied and comply with internal guidelines and regulations.

Automation: You explore digitalization opportunities and implement technologies to optimize processes.

Training and Development: You develop and deliver training to support colleagues in the adoption of new or improved processes.

Reporting: You collect and analyze data to monitor process performance and report findings to stakeholders.

Compliance and Documentation: You contribute to ensuring compliance with laws and regulations and maintain accurate process documentation.

Continuous Improvement: You foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the Sea Freight operations.
About you

You have proven experience in Sea Freight operations or a similar role within Business Process Management.

Experience with Cargowise and Power BI is a plus, but not a requirement.

You possess strong analytical skills and know how to effectively implement process improvements.

You have excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.

You are socially skilled and able to motivate and inspire colleagues.

You work in a structured manner, independently, and are solution-oriented.
