As a Business Process Management Specialist Sea Freight, you will play a key role in optimizing operational processes within the Benelux region. You will collaborate closely with various teams to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure that all processes comply with relevant standards and regulations. In this role, you will report directly to the Country Head of Sea freight, with a functional matrix reporting line to the Head of BPM Europe. You will have the opportunity to transform challenges into solutions, inspire your colleagues, and successfully implement process improvements.
