We are looking for people passionate about logistics to join our Customer Service Rockstars team! Our people are known for their dynamism, teamwork and proactivity. In addition to entering the fascinating world of logistics, as a Customer Service Operator, you will perform the following tasks, among others:
About the job

Be the point of contact between the customer and operations, ensuring timely communication of customer requirements to destination/origin partners.

Perform cargo cubing, routing and rate review to offer optimization solutions to customers

Booking with airlines (air, sea or road) and uploading the shipment into the system
-
Ensure that the documentation for each shipment is complete so that the operations team can process the shipments (costings, vendor/customer documents, airline documents, intercompany invoices, etc)

Ensure ETA/ETD is always up to date and communicate any deviations to the customer, as well as action plans in case of modifications

Generate reports and alerts with relevant information for the customer

Keep track of payments balance of the customers
About you
We will help you be successful in this role. To start you will need:

At least one year of working in air, sea or road traffic logistics
-
Knowledge and experience in carriers of all traffics, routes and main airports/ports, pricing, quoting, INCOTERMS
-
Knowledge and experience in mandatory import and export documentation
-
Previous experience working with or in Freight Forwarder (desirable)

Intermediate-advanced English
-
Good communication skills, teamwork, customer orientation, priority management, problem solving
