Fiels Sales Executive Air & Sea (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• You are responsible for acquiring new customers and expanding existing customers in a defined sales area
• You will be responsible for the creation, processing and coordination of quotations and tenders in coordination with the respective specialist departments
• Ensuring the documentation of all sales activities and business potential, progress and success in the CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics) is part of your area of responsibility
• You will work together with your support functions and the operational units
• You will also be responsible for representing the company at industry events, trade fairs and social media

 

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed your commercial training, ideally in the field of freight forwarding/logistics and have a relevant additional qualification or further training
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in field sales in the logistics industry
• You have product and market knowledge in the air and sea freight sector
• Ideally, you know the market and competition in your sales area
• You are confident in using standard MS Office applications and have experience with CRM systems
• You are fluent in German and have a good command of written and spoken English
• You work in a team-oriented yet independent manner with a very structured working style
• Negotiating skills and persuasiveness with a high degree of customer and solution orientation are part of your personality
• Good presentation skills combined with a confident and engaging demeanour round off your profile
