We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Finance Head to lead our dynamic finance department. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis. Leveraging your expertise in financial regulations and best practices, you will ensure compliance with industry standards and drive efficiency through process optimization. As a key advisor to senior management, you will provide strategic insights and recommendations to support business growth and profitability. Additionally, you will play a central role in developing and implementing financial strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives. About the job

Oversee all financial operations
Manage financial reporting processes
Lead asset management initiatives
Implement effective treasury and cash management practices
Supervise creditors and debtors functions
Coordinate tax plannings
Develop and manage the annual budgeting processes
Conduct regular audits
Evaluate risks and implement strategies
Provide financial insights and recommendations
Supervise and mentor finance team members
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards
Handle ad hoc financial projects

About you

Proven experience as a Financial Manager for a minimum of 5 years
Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
Proficient user of finance software
Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
