About the job

  • The primary purpose of this position is to plan and coordinate all marketing and sales activities.
  • Lead the Sales Teams of 3 to grow profit and volumes. Focus on Airfreight, Seafreight and Roadfreight.
  • Act to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing), negotiate new projects and contract terms.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor sales and servicing metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.

About you

We will help you be successful in this role. To start you will need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in international freight forwarding, supply chain & shipping.
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience
  • Former experience in sales & business development
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Good team player, effective in building good relationship with the people and teams they will be working with.
  • Able to design sales strategies and enable networks to reach the budget.
  • Strong common communication skills and negotiation skills
  • Maintain company vision, mission and value
