Insurance Specialist (m/f/d)

» Your tasks:

• You look after selected national and international insurance programs of large insurance companies and special policies for Hellmann
• You explore the insurance market to optimize insurance coverage
• You will advise selected company divisions on insurance issues
• You will be responsible for processing applications and contracts for private and commercial insurance business - particularly in the motor, public liability, property and transport sectors
• You will independently handle claims processing across all lines of business
• You communicate with customers, insurers and our sales force

 
» Your profile:

• You have completed vocational training as an insurance and finance clerk and ideally further training as an insurance specialist (m/f/d) or a business degree in the insurance sector
• Several years of professional experience in customer service in a commercial environment round off your profile
• Alternatively, you have completed vocational training as a forwarding agent and have already gained several years of experience in the insurance sector
• You are characterized by a pronounced service, service and consulting competence
• You have a very good command of German and English
