About the job
-
Manage key accounts within your own book of business by developing, executing, and continuously improving account strategies and business plans

Conduct sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting; prepare reports on account performance

Implement sales strategies provided by global, regional, and country sales leadership

Adhere to binding guidelines and standards related to sales processes and structures
-
Collaborate with the Product teams to enhance the service portfolio and support competitive pricing strategies
-
Acquire new target customers and strengthen existing customer relationships to retain and grow HWL's business
-
Generate leads for tenders and contribute to timely and value-driven proposal submissions

Identify and convert new sales opportunities in collaboration with the Product teams
About you
-
Knowledge of the freight forwarding/logistics industry
-
5-8 years in the freight forwarding industry, in a sales role
-
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
