From acquisition to the expansion and maintenance of existing business, you will support our customers from a single source.

We are therefore looking for support for our southern region and are looking for you as Key Account Manager (m/f/d).

Your tasks:
  • You are responsible for the acquisition of new customers and the sale of solution-orientated and cross-product (Road / Rail + Sea / Air) logistics services of the Hellmann Group
  • You are responsible for the expansion of customer relationships and are the first point of contact for our key accounts in the area of tender processing, contract conclusion and implementation
  • At the same time, you act as a link between the cross-product departments, stakeholders and the needs of our customers
  • You are commercially responsible for the business development of key accounts
  • You will also be responsible for analysing current trends in logistics and deriving new business opportunities
Your profile:
  • You have successfully completed your training in the field of freight forwarding/logistics and ideally have appropriate further training
  • You have several years of professional experience in dealing with and supporting major customers in the field of freight forwarding and logistics
  • You have a strong understanding of the market and a structured way of working
  • You have very good analytical skills and cost awareness
  • Your communication is business fluent in German and English
  • You are very familiar with MS Office and common CRM systems
  • High level of initiative and willingness to travel
