We need to incorporate in our center of Barcelona (El Prat de Llobregat) two Operatives of Export of Maritime Cargo. We are looking for people with at least TWO YEARS of demonstrable experience in the position within a freight forwarding company. Dynamic people with working capacity, proactive, with business vision, decisive and customer oriented.
About the job

As Key Account Operator, you will be responsible for the complete export and cross trade sea-rail operations for a strategic client

The scope of work starts with the coordination with suppliers (4PL) until arrival at destination, in direct contact with vendors, carriers, subcontractors and all parties involved in our client's supply chain

It also includes DGD management and processing

Invoicing and cost control

Direct communication with the client as well as with other parties involved, both in Spanish and English, by e-mail and sporadically by phone

Handling of transport management systems (Cargo Wise, Portic, etc.)

Issuance of transport documents, such as HBL, MBL, FCR, etc.
About you

High level of English, as a full professional competence, with ability to handle correspondence and, sporadically, telephone calls

Experience in ocean cargo export operations, especially and ideally IMO cargoes

Previous experience with Cargo Wise desirable

Advanced Vocational Training in Logistics / Transport / Int. Trade, or training related to Logistics or International Trade

Experience in the same position of 2-3 years and in a freight forwarding company
