About the job

We are looking for a dedicated, energetic and experienced National Sales Support to join our team on a full time basis located in our Bankstown office. 
Bring your flexible, Can-Do attitude to work every day and enjoy being part of an amazing team. As well as having experience in a similar role, some responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Support AU HOS/ KAM/field sales’ sales activities, mainly
  • Support opportunity & lead management for salespersons – entered into CRM (known as HISA)
  • Support Customer Implementation as needed
  • Support customer planning/forecasting/budgeting – via reporting to AU HOS
  • Identify and qualify leads – if required into /via HISA
  • Support and direct CRM (HISA) requirements
  • Produce Presentation reports (using PPT, excel and Power Bi)
  • Produce various reporting as directed by AU HOS
  • Provide quality proposals to the RFQ sponsor for validation and submission to the client – as needed
  • Receives, records, and assign sales lead based on standard operating procedure for sales lead administration in HISA
  • Manage the interface to Products/Operations in case of complaints
  • Retrieve quotations from Product and collect general market/customer intelligence
  • Support sales management to deliver upon the value added sales process in line with showing quantified value to the customer.
  • As part of customer implementation maintain and file updated customer SOP’s and CSIs.
  • Maintain database, statistics and essential files on pertinent sales information.
  • Other tasks and responsibilities which may be assigned as and when required by Hellmann AU management

Customer service is crucial in this role which means you will need to exercise a level of professionalism and understanding when it comes to customer needs.

About you

We will help you be successful in this role. To start you will need:

  • General Freight Forwarding/Sales Training
  • Experience in a sales support or data management role is preferred.
  • Experience in international forwarding industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Your professional presentation and communication skills, along with true passion for providing exceptional customer experiences will play a major role in achieving success, both professionally and personally.
