About the job

Manage all Ex Works and FOB Airfreight Import Pharma shipments
Conduct routine checks of EDI for all Sales Controlled shipments
Open new jobs in Hellogic
Liaise with overseas partners, vendors, and customers to gather necessary documents and information
Verify vendor documents to ensure compliance with Saudi standards and SFDA regulations
Track shipment Estimated Times of Arrival (ETAs) online and update Hellogic accordingly
Estimate costs and revenues associated with the jobs
Handle invoicing and booking in accordance with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Ensure receipt of the shipment journal from the Operations Manager and review pending tasks
Collaborate with the Manager to identify challenges and new opportunities
