About the job

Monitoring and managing DAP, DDP, Export, and RE export shipments
Providing quotes for air and sea freight inquiries
Regularly checking EDI for local handling shipments
Position available at Hellogic for a skilled individual
Liaising with overseas partners, vendors, and customers for necessary documentation
Verifying vendor documents for compliance with Saudi standards
Tracking air/sea freight ETA and updating in the system
Estimating costs and revenues for each job
Notifying customers of arrival via fax or email
Handling invoicing and booking according to KPIs
Ensuring data quality and accuracy
Acting as a backup for local handling shipments within the network
Updating track and trace events report
Compiling shipment journal at month-end
Archiving completed job documents in Hellogic
