We are looking for a dedicated and results-orientated Key Account Manager (full-time) to join our team in Austria. In this role you will be responsible for acquiring new customers as well as maintaining and developing existing customer relationships in the logistics and transport sector. Your goal will be to increase sales volume and position Hellmann as the preferred logistics partner in the market.

About the job

  • Creation, implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of account strategies/development plans/business plans
  • Carry out sales forecasting, planning and budgeting processes and prepare relevant reports on account status
  • Adherence to and implementation of sales strategy and sales as dictated by global/regional/sales performance
  • Support the product teams in the expansion of the product/service portfolio and the corresponding pricing
  • Driving and supporting the products in terms of customised product design for customers
  • Preparation of written offers and offer/service presentations for the customer in coordination with the product teams
  • Securing the acquisition of new target customers and expanding existing customer relationships with the aim of retaining and expanding the HWL business
  • Identification and realisation of sales opportunities in cooperation with the products

About you

  • Relevant professional experience in sales In transport and logistics
  • Experience in account management
  • Excellent communication skills and confident demeanour
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Business fluent in German and English, knowledge of Eastern European languages an advantage, but not essential

  • The gross starting salary is EUR 3,130.60 per month. Depending on experience and qualifications, there is a willingness to overpay
