We are looking for people passionate about logistics to join our Sea Freight Rockstars team! Our people are known for their dynamism, teamwork and proactivity. In addition to entering the fascinating world of logistics, as a Sea Freight Import Operator, you will perform the following tasks, among others:
About the job

Receiving and sending instructions and pre-alerts to customer and partners at origin

Cargo tracking to ensure timely and flawless deliveries

Review and validate documentation for each shipment, ensuring compliance with legal and commercial requirements

Ensure the quality of each shipment's information within the system
-
Perform the pricing and invoicing of shipments, looking for profit optimization

Monitor with the shipping lines the status of the shipments: ETD/ETA/ Unloading, release, delays, etc.
About you
We will help you be successful in this role. To start you will need:
-
At least one year of work experience in maritime import
-
Knowledge and experience in shipping carriers, routes, main ports, tariff composition, INCOTERMS
-
Knowledge and experience in shipping import documentation
-
Previous experience working with or in Freight Forwarder (desirable)

Intermediate English
-
Good communication skills, teamwork, organization and proactivity
