To achieve maximum customer satisfaction and sales profitability/growth and to focus on assigned tradelane targets/ potential GAM/RAM customers.
About the job

Analyze market trends, and customers’ demands to identify growth opportunities & trade lane growth strategies

Drive the overall KH – EU, KH-US , KH-APAC Trade Lane development program in alignment with countries management & local sales force

Conducting joint visits with local Sales & Products to support business growth; customer retention or specific sales & marketing campaign.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective coordination and execution on trade lane activities.

Identify and target potential clients within key IVs that have sourcing activities in Cambodia

Collaborate with HWL Overseas to develop sales strategies & design tailored solutions that specifically cater to clients’ needs

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective coordination and execution of clients’ business with HWL
-
Build and grow long-term relationships with key stakeholders in the Global/Regional Verticals organization to increase business opportunities.

Other job assigned by HOS or MD and Products on campaigns.
About you
We will help you be successful in this role. To start you will need:

1-2 years of experience in international freight forwarding, supply chain &shipping.

Amazing communication both written and verbal English

Strong communication and presentation skills
