About the job
As a Global Application Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective utilization and optimization of the Hellmann's Finance application system which is Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations (MSD365FO). You will collaborate with various departments to understand their business processes and requirements, configure the MSD365FO and support deployment activities e.g., testing and documentation of results.

Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather and document business requirements for application enhancements and customizations.

Help analyze and prioritize requirements based on business impact and feasibility.

Configure the application align with business processes and requirements.

Customize MSD365FO modules and workflows to optimize functionality and efficiency.

Collaborate with developers and IT teams as needed for complex customizations.

Create and maintain documentation of changes required in the application.

Develop and execute test plans to ensure the accuracy and reliability of system configurations and customizations.

Conduct system integration testing and user acceptance testing.

Create and maintain documentation of test results.

Identify and troubleshoot issues, working closely with technical teams to resolve them.

Provide training to end-users on system functionality, best practices, and workflows.

Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and user guides.

Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Propose and implement enhancements to optimize business processes and maximize the value of the system.

Stay current with system updates, new features, and industry best practices.

Any other ad-hoc tasks as required.
About you
We will help you be successful in this role. To start you will need:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Information Technology, or related field.

Proven experience working with ERP systems preferably Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations

Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and best practices.

Experience in requirements gathering, system configuration, and customization.
-
Proficiency in ERP modules relevant to the organization's operations (e.g., finance, supply chain, HR).

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
-
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.

Certification in Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations (MB-300, MB310 and/or MB-320) a plus.
