About the job
The Regional Business Process and Implementation Manager is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for developing and aligning Contract Logistics (CL) processes with customer expectations and operational requirements. This role champions continuous improvement initiatives across all sites within the region and acts as a key liaison between the Business Improvement and Support Services (BISS) team and the Engineering/Operational teams.

Develop and implement CL processes that meet customer expectations and operational needs.

Serve as the HPS (High-Performance System) champion for all regional sites.

Lead SIP (Site Improvement Plan) initiatives across the region.

Champion CIP (Continuous Improvement Process) efforts at all regional sites.

Act as the primary conduit between the BISS team and Engineering/Operational teams.

Maintain and enhance WMS (Warehouse Management System) skills within operations as the key superuser.

Adhering to continuous improvement procedures through best practices to increase the competence level of contract logistics-related processes to achieve performance, quality, compliance, and service level growth.

Assisting with implementing new customers, reviewing SOP, and providing feedback.

Adaptability to changing market environment and ability to take on different tasks.
About you
We will help you be successful in this role. To start you will need

Work experience in international logistics or freight forwarding apprenticeship preferred

1-3 years of experience in operation preferred

International working experience preferred

Ability to work under pressure to cope with periods of high workload and tight timelines

Willingness to work overtime to meet deadlines when required

Microsoft Office 365 Products
-
CargoWise One experience preferred

Fluent in English (written and spoken) and other language (written and spoken) beneficial
