We are seeking talented candidate who is passionate in the field of IT application development & solution implementation to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and, in a team-orientated manner within IT or cross-functional team with different Business units. The candidate should also be willing to travel for training and customer implementations.
About the job
-
Support and help Business Units & Customers with questions and problems arise within the WMS application.

Conduct training courses during Project implementation and process improvements.

Monitor hosting and application services to ensure system availability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Assist on WMS application onboarding process; solution design; system configuration; report development.

Assist with EDI integration & setup with Customer
About you
We will help you be successful in this role. To start you will need:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Practical experience in IT application / support.

Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
-
Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Basic / initial experience with warehouse management systems & Supply chain operation.
-
Practical knowledge of SQL, Windows and Linux operating systems, IBM, DB2/MySQL & shell scripting.
-
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
-
Experience with C++, Cobol, C or AS400 is a plus.
