Buy and Sell Annual Leave
Our priority is to support employees in achieving a healthy balance between their work and personal lives. The Buying & Selling of annual leave scheme applies to employees who have completed 12 months of service and enables employees to buy and sell up to 5 days additional annual leave.

All employees are awarded a bonus leave day to celebrate their birthday following 12 months service with the Company.
