About the job

Management and filing of delivery documents, as well as creation of carriers and customers in CLPTA
-
Daily preparation of invoices, credit notes and daily financial statements

Independent processing of invoice complaints
-
Request for missing delivery documents
-
Transmission of delivery documents to customers via e-mail or uploading to various portals

Timely reporting obligation towards management
About you

You have professional experience in transport management

You are a pioneer who is looking for an opportunity for personal development and has the skills to build something new

You have a strong results-orientated personality and hands-on mentality

You are able to identify opportunities for improvement and development

You have a very good command of German and English as well as good MS Office skills, other foreign languages are an advantage
