About the job

Support our Direct Load team in building up a flourishing Hellmann branch in Kufstein
-
Ensuring the implementation of our locally customised road strategy
-
Ensuring binding standards for successful business activities (product development, pricing, observation of customer segments and markets)

Management of customer relationships

Collaborate with the team and the Hellmann network to define, create and maintain fixed charter trucks (Austria, Italy, Germany and other European destinations)

Management of road transport activities at our branch in Kufstein with technical responsibility

Support our Roadfreight Manager in identifying areas for development

Improving productivity and trade relations with Austrian business partners

Preparing reporting packages, conducting business performance reviews, participating in business performance reviews with senior management

Be the first point of contact in difficult situations, act as an escalation stage and support conflict resolution
About you
-
You have at least 3 years of professional experience in transport management

You are a pioneer who is looking for an opportunity for personal development and has the skills to build something new

You have a strong results-orientated personality and hands-on mentality

You are able to identify opportunities for improvement and development

You are willing to make independent decisions

You have a very good command of German and English as well as good MS Office skills, other foreign languages are an advantage

The gross starting salary is EUR 3,130.60 per month. Depending on experience and qualifications, there is a willingness to overpay
