About the job

As a Business Reporting & Analysis Specialist, you will work closely with our sales team to provide regular performance overviews to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to generate accurate and timely reports based on agreed-upon content, ensuring that our customers have the information they need to make informed decisions and support our business growth.

Specifically, you will:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer reporting requirements and develop comprehensive reporting templates
  • Gather and analyze data from various sources to generate accurate and insightful reports
  • Ensure that reports are generated in a timely manner, adhering to agreed-upon deadlines and formats
  • Conduct regular reviews of report content and design to ensure that it remains relevant and useful for our customers
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to customer reporting, and proactively identify opportunities to improve our reporting processes and procedures
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and collaborate with other departments as needed to ensure the successful delivery of customer reports
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive customer information
  • Utilize data visualization tool to present complex information in an easy-to-understand format
  • Lead and support new projects
  • Provide regular updates and recommendations to business partners or management teams on KPI and other relevant metrics

About you

We will help you be successful in this role. To start you will need:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present findings in a clear and concise manner
  • Basic knowledge in international air and sea freight forwarding business
  • Ability to plan and work under pressure to cope with periods of high workload and tight timelines
  • Fluency in English and other languages will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in MS Office such as advanced skills in MS Excel, PowerBI and VBA knowledge is preferred
